I have been watching our community group on internet and in Delhi area from last few years. Few things I have noticed that people are very confused and mistrusting each other. For last month professional meet I noticed two things:
1. Some people were arranging only for young professional , I guessed it was meant for networking and finding match.
2. Some people were very opposed to coming to this meet because it was held at Member of parliament's house and they are averse to politics.
As saying goes if you do not learn from history it will repeat for you, same is happening to our community. We just want to take care of our immediate need and not look for future effect of our action. Today primarily we are mainly farmer community because we abandon fighting after Smrat Ashok's Kaling war. Many in society no longer take us as Kshatriy anymore.
Look at Yadav community, just because of two leaders Mulayam and Lalu they have become prominent in politics, they have much better luck finding job and no one considers them week community.
We also need to come together help each other. You need to support your nation, state, district, Town/village same time your community and your family. When in doubt look at Geeta Sandesh.
Many of us are not clear on how to traverse different field and work together. Do not feel embarrassed helping your fellow community person because he is not same status/league as you.
For last month's Delhi meet some people did not come because some politicians were there. We need to create synergy with different groups.
Same thing applies anywhere the world, here is USA in my town we were working with public school administration to bring Hindi language as an elective in curriculum. We tried to setup meeting with board, they scheduled after two month and last day they canceled the meeting. Basically they were giving us run-around. Later on we approached the board administrator and asked during election time if they want to come and explain to our Indian community what their plans were. After that meeting everything changed 180 degrees. This is win-win situation, we elect/involve them and they listen to our needs.
People from every walk of life are required for proper functioning of society. We need politicians, administrators (IAS/PCS), educators, actors, sportsman etc. and everything is possible if we believe in ourselves.

Hi Bhupendra Ji,
I fully agree from your each word. Whatever, you have written is harsh truth but perfectly correct. This is also true that we everyone knows cause but don’t know its solution.
I feel that our ancestors did nothing in past for their/our development. Neither we were rich nor very poor, so life was passing smoothly. And now it is not a cake walk to progress significantly in one go, in this so competitive India where our roots are not so strong in any field.
First of all, I don’t see a single much influential person in our community. I believe there is some problem with our senior community peoples also ,it is very difficult to make them understand anything. I can’t explain that concern in detail. But I have feeling that they never encourage you though you are trying to do something good towards society/community development. Most of the times they made sarcastic comment if they see anyone who did little bit progress (whereas he exist nowhere in affluent metr...
