Mr Ramasare Kushwaha appointed general secretary of SP |

There are no translations available. NEW DELHI: Senior Samajwadi Party leader Mr Mohan Singh was on
Wednesday appointed general secretary and spokesman in the place of Mr
Amar Singh, who had recently quit all party posts over differences with
the relatives of SP supreme, Mr Mulayam Singh Ya
dav.
Mr Mohan Singh was also made member of SP’s Parliamentary Board, a post held by Mr Amar Singh.
Announcing the decision, the SP General Secretary, Mr Ramgopal
Yadav, told reporters that Mr Vishambhar Prasad Nishad and Mr Ramasare
Kushwaha will hold the post of general secretary. Both Mr Nishad and Mr
Kushwaha have come in the place of Mr Amar Singh and Mr Sanjay Dutt,
who too had earlier this month resigned from the post of general
secretary.
Mr Yadav also appointed senior party leader and Rajya Sabha member Mr Brijbhushan Tiwari as SP’s National Vice President.— PTI
